however it is still only a 3/4 minute walk from the main complex.

It has panoramic far reaching views out to sea across the bay, and on a clear day you can see Brixham

 and the lighthouse on Berry Head.

It is south facing with a more private than most decking as you have a short hedge directly in front.

Lounge area has french doors opening onto the gated decking.  It has 2 sofas and a coffee table with two cube seats (ideal for the little ones)  The clean line kitchen has a dishwasher, full size integrated fridge freezer, a microwave, kettle, toaster,

iron and table top ironing board.

The main spacious double bedroom has its own toilet and sink en-suite and a TV/DVD.   

  There is also a small double room and a twin room.
