Please note that we ask for a bond of £150 per stay - refunded at 10-14 days if no damage or breakages and if the caravan is left in as clean and tidy condition as possible - any bed linen provided must be stripped from the beds ready for cleaners to avoid an extra charge. Please see t & c's
Deposit will reserve your dates, with balance plus bond due 12 weeks before travel date.
Bed linen is not included except for 7 night stays during Easter & the six weeks holiday & 7 night stay for Whit week For other stays, we can supply bed linen at extra cost if you wish at £15 per double/king & £8 each per single.

A non refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your date -
£100 deposit for holidays up to £399. £150 deposit for holidays £400 - £799.
£200 deposit for holidays £800 - £999 £250 deposit for holidays £1000 -£1799
Note all SCHOOL holidays are £200 deposit on holidays costing under £800 and £250 deposit on holidays £800-£1799.
Two consecutive weeks any time of year will be two separate deposits (ie if you choose 14 nights, each week under £800 it is £200 per week deposit, this is to protect us if you cancel the whole holiday or one week, as we very much rely on bookings to keep our caravans on this ever increasingly expensive site. It is one bond of £150 for the whole holiday. We do not rent out for more than 14 consecutive nights. This will be changing next year to 10 nights maximum.
This deposit will be subtracted from the balance against your holiday. If booking within 12 weeks of your holiday date, the full amount plus bond will be due. £150 Security/breakage/damage bond required at the time of paying the balance - this is for breakage/damage - this will be returned within 14 days after your return date pending no damage, missing items including caravan keys, not stripping beds etc.

Did you know???? If you are going on holiday for 7 nights and want passes you can, if you wish just purchase short stay passes for either the friday to Monday or the Monday to Friday - this works out cheaper plus it will give you 3 nights to do other things like going out elsewhere or even just staying in for a family night or two!

NOTE All bookings must strictly be paid for by the due date including the refundable bond - there is no leeway on this and your holiday will be cancelled. If you were booking with Haven it is automatic that your break is cancelled if not paid for online by the date. Bonds can not be paid at a later date - Why? We have the extra time of chasing for them as life gets busy and its easy to forget to make the payment. It is also our extra time processing the payment/paperwork and extra accountants fees for us. Last year five were not paid at all - one of these holidays we had extensive damage and although we were able to claim on our insurance, we were then the excess down due to no fault of our own, along with part of the damage that we had to pay for ourselves. We also had one customer say a few days before their stay that they could not afford the bond as they had purchased the Haven passes which were more important to them. Unfortunately we will now not register you for passes with Haven unless the bond is received with the main payment. Simply put, please do not book with us if you can not pay for your holiday.
